Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses Perform routine check-ups and health maintenance exams Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals Adhere to the facility's policies and procedures, as well as applicable legal and ethical standards Educate patients about preventive care and health maintenance Prescribe medications and adjust dosages as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Contribute to the rehabilitation and reintegration efforts As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary medical care to inmates within the correctional facility.
You will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, and promoting overall wellness.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, psychologists, and social workers, will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
